  • Utility token purchases for film projects
  • Token utility redemption (burn-to-use mechanics)
  • Watch-to-Earn puzzle solving for token rewards
  • Portfolio tracking and management

3. Utility Tokens - Not Securities

IMPORTANT: CineMeta utility tokens are NOT securities, investment contracts, or equity interests.

The tokens issued on this Platform are utility tokens designed to provide access to specific experiences, benefits, and utilities related to film projects. These tokens:

  • Do NOT represent ownership or equity in any film project
  • Do NOT entitle holders to profit-sharing or revenue participation
  • Do NOT guarantee any financial returns
  • Are designed for utility and access purposes only

By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge that you are purchasing utility access, not an investment. You should NOT expect any profit or return from token ownership.

4. Burn-to-Use Mechanics

Tokens are burned (permanently removed from circulation) when redeemed for utilities. This creates deflationary pressure and ensures tokens are used primarily for their intended utilities rather than speculation.

5. Investment Risks and Disclaimers

WARNING: Participation involves significant risks.

  • Film projects may fail to complete production
  • Completed films may not achieve commercial success
  • Token values may decrease or become worthless
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Regulatory changes may affect token utility
  • Technology risks including smart contract vulnerabilities
